Read this first. FDA review staff recommended against listing all seven substances. Committee votes are advisory — adding a substance to the 503A list requires FDA notice-and-comment rulemaking (typically 12–24 months), so a Yes vote does not make a peptide legal to compound now. Day-2 results (Emideltide, Epitalon, Semax) are provisional, transcribed from the live webcast and vote-board photos pending the official FDA transcript.

All 14 form-level questions

Each free-base and acetate question remains a separate row—even when the result was identical. “Favorable” describes the advisory committee’s response to a 503A Bulks List question; it is not FDA approval and did not itself change legal status.

Note: These are advisory-committee recommendations, not final FDA rules. The FDA is not required to follow the committee's vote; a substance's actual compounding status is set through later agency rulemaking. Counts and member votes were transcribed from meeting-room photos and the live webcast and may contain minor errors — Day-2 results (Emideltide, Epitalon) are marked provisional pending the FDA transcript. Member profiles and industry-ties tiers are compiled from the cited public sources with per-member confidence levels. Verify against the official FDA record before relying on any of it.
