This Is an Educational Research Tool — Not Medical Advice
PeptideBase is an educational provider directory and research matching platform. Everything on this site — including provider listings, peptide information, matching results, and all other content — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on PeptideBase constitutes or should be construed as:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- A recommendation to use any specific compound, protocol, or provider
- A prescription or clinical endorsement of any kind
- Guidance on dosing, administration, cycling, or stacking of any compound
Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before making any decision related to your health, including any decision to seek out, purchase, or use any peptide compound or related product.
No Endorsement of Listed Providers
Listing a provider in the PeptideBase directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of that provider by PeptideBase. We do not evaluate, certify, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any provider's products, services, prescribing practices, or regulatory compliance.
The "Verified" badge indicates that PeptideBase has manually confirmed basic listing accuracy — that the provider is a real, operating business and that the information in their listing is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of review. It is not a safety rating, quality certification, or clinical endorsement. See our methodology page for details.
Peptide compounds discussed on PeptideBase include research chemicals whose legal status, regulatory classification, and safety profile vary significantly by compound and jurisdiction. PeptideBase does not represent that any listed provider is operating in full compliance with applicable laws, including FDA regulations. It is your responsibility to understand the legal and regulatory context in your jurisdiction before engaging with any provider.
Matching Results Are Educational Outputs
The PeptideBase matching tool generates educational research starting points based on your self-reported goals and health context. Match results reflect which providers carry compounds that may be relevant to your stated research interests — they do not reflect a clinical assessment of what is appropriate for your individual health situation.
The contraindication filtering in the matching tool is based on general educational information, not a medical evaluation. It is not a substitute for consultation with a healthcare provider who can assess your individual medical history, current medications, and health status.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content on PeptideBase — including but not limited to the provider database, peptide profiles, compound categorizations, matching methodology, scoring algorithms, editorial descriptions, research summaries, contraindication data, stack compositions, site design, user interface, layout, visual elements, typography, color system, component architecture, and any other original work — is the exclusive intellectual property of PeptideBase and is protected under applicable copyright, trade dress, and intellectual property laws.
All rights reserved. No content, data, design element, or other material from this site may be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, scraped, extracted, repackaged, or used to create derivative works — in whole or in part — without prior written authorization from PeptideBase.
The selection, arrangement, and curation of provider and peptide data constitutes an original creative work protected as a compilation under copyright law, regardless of whether individual data points are publicly available from other sources. The design and visual identity of PeptideBase — including its distinctive interface, layout patterns, and UI components — is protected as trade dress.
Prohibited Conduct
By accessing PeptideBase, you agree that you will not, and will not permit or assist any third party to:
- Scrape or harvest data. Use any bot, crawler, spider, scraper, script, automated tool, or any other automated or manual process to access, collect, extract, copy, index, or monitor any portion of PeptideBase or its content, including provider listings, peptide data, pricing information, or matching outputs.
- Copy or replicate the database. Download, export, reproduce, or systematically extract any portion of our provider or peptide database — including through repeated manual access intended to reconstruct database contents — for any purpose, including building competing products or services.
- Copy the design or user interface. Reproduce, imitate, or create derivative works based on the visual design, layout, UI components, color system, typography, or any other distinctive design elements of PeptideBase — whether for a competing service or any other purpose.
- Reverse-engineer proprietary systems. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code, methodology, or logic behind the PeptideBase matching engine, scoring algorithm, or any other proprietary system.
- Circumvent access controls. Attempt to bypass, disable, or undermine any rate limiting, access controls, technical protections, or security measures implemented by PeptideBase.
- Mirror or republish content. Frame, mirror, proxy, republish, or redistribute any portion of PeptideBase content on another website, application, or platform without prior written permission.
- Use content to build competing products. Use data, content, design, or any other material from PeptideBase to develop, train, populate, or otherwise support a competing or derivative product or service.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the site.
- Represent PeptideBase content as medical advice, clinical guidance, or an endorsement of any provider or compound.
Enforcement & Legal Remedies
PeptideBase actively monitors for unauthorized access, data extraction, design copying, and other violations of these Terms. We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and will pursue violations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any unauthorized use of PeptideBase content, data, or design — including but not limited to scraping, database replication, or UI copying — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of our intellectual property rights. In the event of such a breach, PeptideBase reserves all available legal and equitable remedies, including:
- Immediate termination of your access to the site
- Injunctive or other equitable relief to stop the infringing activity
- Recovery of actual damages, including lost profits and business losses
- Statutory damages where available under applicable copyright law
- Recovery of our attorneys' fees and litigation costs
- Any other relief available under applicable law
We reserve the right to pursue civil litigation and, where applicable, criminal referral for willful infringement or unauthorized computer access. The fact that content may be viewable in a browser does not grant any license to reproduce, extract, or commercialize it. Unauthorized use will be met with legal action and a demand for full compensation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PeptideBase and its operators are not liable for any harm, loss, or adverse outcome — including health outcomes — arising from your use of this site, your reliance on any content or match results, or your engagement with any listed provider.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Provider information may be out of date. Peptide regulatory status changes frequently. Always verify information independently before acting on it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
