There is no reliable universal conversion. HCG is dosed in international units (IU) — a measure of biological activity defined against a WHO International Standard, not a fixed mass. Mass per IU depends on the preparation’s purity: highly purified hCG runs roughly 0.07–0.11 mcg per IU (about 9,000–14,000 IU/mg), and less pure material differs further. A commonly repeated "1 IU ≈ 0.6 mcg" figure is roughly 6–8× too high for purified hCG and should not be used. Work in the IU your material is labeled in.
