About BPC-157
BPC-157 is believed to accelerate angiogenesis and upregulate growth hormone receptors locally at injury sites. It appears to promote fibroblast migration and collagen synthesis, contributing to faster tissue remodelling. Animal studies suggest systemic effects via modulation of the dopaminergic and serotonergic systems, though human data remain limited.

BPC-157
No established clinical contraindications. This is an investigational compound with limited human data and has not been evaluated by the FDA for safety in this context. Consult a qualified clinician.
global — WADA
BPC-157 is on the WADA Prohibited List at all times (S0, Non-Approved Substances), effective 1 January 2022. It has no FDA approval and no adequate human clinical trial.
sourceBPC-157
GHK-Cu
Research suggests GHK-Cu and BPC-157 may produce complementary tissue repair and anti-inflammatory effects when combined. GHK-Cu is studied for copper-dependent collagen synthesis and antioxidant gene activation, while BPC-157 supports angiogenesis and growth factor expression.
TB-500
Research suggests BPC-157 and TB-500 may produce enhanced tissue repair effects when combined. BPC-157 is studied for angiogenesis and gut-protective properties, while TB-500 promotes actin assembly and cell migration — complementary mechanisms in healing models.
Anticoagulants / blood thinners
Research notes that BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis and may influence platelet and vascular function in healing models. Combined use with anticoagulant medications may warrant monitoring. Consult your prescriber before combining.
