About CJC-1295 (without DAC)
CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) is a short-acting GHRH analog that binds and activates pituitary GHRH receptors to stimulate brief, pulsatile growth hormone release. Lacking the Drug Affinity Complex, it is not albumin-bound and clears within roughly half an hour, producing discrete GH pulses rather than the sustained elevation of the DAC form.
About GHRP-6
Ghrelin receptor agonist; stimulates pituitary GH release and increases appetite via hypothalamic ghrelin pathways

CJC-1295 (without DAC)
Class-based (investigational)
Research protocols routinely measure IGF-1 to track GH axis activity before and during use. Fasting glucose and insulin are monitored because GH elevation can reduce insulin sensitivity over time.

GHRP-6 produces stronger cortisol and prolactin stimulation than selective GH peptides. Research protocols measure IGF-1 for GH axis response and baseline cortisol. Glucose markers are standard given GH's effect on insulin sensitivity.
CJC-1295 (without DAC)
Ipamorelin
Research suggests Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 may produce enhanced growth hormone release effects when combined. CJC-1295 provides sustained GHRH receptor stimulation while Ipamorelin provides pulsatile ghrelin receptor stimulation — complementary pathways studied in GH secretion research.
GLP-1 agonists
Research notes metabolic pathway overlap between growth hormone-releasing peptides and GLP-1 agonists. Both compound classes influence metabolic signaling; limited research has studied their combined effects. Consult your prescriber before combining.
GHRP-6
Corticosteroids
Research notes that GHRP-6 stimulates cortisol and ACTH release via the HPA axis. Combined use with corticosteroid medications may affect glucocorticoid regulation. Consult your prescriber before combining.
