Methodology
Prices are scraped from research-vendor product listings, normalized to a per-milligram basis, and winsorized to the 5th–95th percentile to remove outliers. A peptide qualifies for this study only when it has priced listings from at least five distinct active vendors. Percentiles (p25, median, p75) are SQL aggregates — not curated, hand-ranked, or sold. PeptideBase accepts no payment for inclusion and takes no affiliate commission on vendor sales.
Top movers compare the earliest and latest recorded daily median per-mg price for each peptide over the accumulated history window. Category figures are the median of per-peptide medians within each category.
Most prices reflect research-use vendors, whose products are sold for research purposes only and are not intended for human use. Clinical program pricing (telehealth, compounding pharmacy with prescription) follows a different model and is not captured here. Do not use this study as a clinical pricing reference.
